I presume the complete question is: "Is there a circuit diagram available for 3 leads tri-colour LED to be switched by three toggle switches to give the different colors"

If that is the intended question, the answer is yes. These LEDs are actually two LEDs in one case, a green one and a red one. they have a common lead, and by powering up one or the other, or the both of them you get green, red and kinda-yellow-orangy colored light, if I remember correctly... So, one switch powers the green LED, another the red LED and the third switch powers both LED.
