How many LED lamps do I need?

I want to put recessed LED lights in my bathroom and have bought 10 lights each with 6 LEDs which I thought was sufficient. Howeer I now suspect that they won't be? Is there any way of roughly comparing led output to 'regular' wattage of light bulbs?
