One of 6 led's won't light up on my Led Flashlight . The five work fine

The flaslight is about 1.5 years old, No warranty any more, One led stopped lighing t up last month . Is there a way to fix or replace one, and I'm sure there are differant sizes and power for differant kinds.
I'm trying to see who to buy one led from or how to fix this one if even possable .

I found the led was loose , twisted it a little works fine now
