Ah, white LED's are essentially UV or Blue LED's with a white phosphor coating. LED's are not white.
Blue or UV LED's in 390-410 nm are widely available for fake money detection, Crime scene investigation and hotel sheets...eeek! don't look before sleeping! better not to know...
