LED lights on a FLSTC?

I bought some led lights for my bike a 99 FLStc but can not figure out where to put the small control box that the lights hook into. Has anyone put them on and can they tell me where and how they put the control box?

1I can't believe they didn't come with instructions??? Maybe check the manufacturer's website...

My understanding is that the wiring that would normally go to the lights goes to the box, and the LED's come out of the box.

Pretty vague, I know, but the different lights and boxes are somewhat different.

Add more details if you can't find anything else. (Mfr of lights, type of light (brake, blinker, running...), where you are mounting it, etc...)
