240v power point sensor night light

The 7 watt light bulb does not last long even though they are only $AU3.50 with spare lamp. LEDs should last for years as opposed to 3-9 months The problem is that replacement 7 watt lamps are dearer than the whole night light.I now have about 15 sensor night lights with no lamps, I just can't bring myself to throw them out and keep buying new units Anyhow the 7 watt is a bit bright, LEDs could be adjusted with a cap filter as there is little heat
